CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Consultation Services

Trip Planning Consultation (Free)

  • Can be canceled up to 1 hour before the appointment

  • No refunds (free service)

Group Trip Consultation (Paid or Free)

  • If paid:

    • Refunds available if canceled at least 3 hours before appointment

    • No refund for no-shows

Expat Relocation Consultation (Paid)

  • Refunds available only if canceled at least 6 hours before the appointment

  • No refund for no-shows

2. Planning Packages

Planning fees are non-refundable once research and itinerary development has begun.

3. Group Trip Planning Fees

Group trip planning requires extensive preparation.

All deposits and planning fees are non-refundable once work begins.

4. Supplier Cancellations

Any refunds from hotels, tours, airfare, etc., are subject to the supplier's refund policy.

5. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule consultations up to:

  • 1 hour before (Trip Consultation)

  • 3 hours before (Group Consultation)

  • 6 hours before (Expat Consultation)
