We are not a travel agency and do not issue tickets unless stated otherwise. We curate, coordinate, and advise.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Review all travel documents for accuracy

  • Pay applicable fees

  • Follow any supplier rules or requirements

3. No Liability for Third Parties

We may recommend hotels, transportation, tours, or travel providers.

Those vendors operate independently.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Cancellations

  • Accidents

  • Policy changes

  • Supplier errors or negligence

4. Payment Terms

Consultations and planning services must be paid in advance (when applicable).

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. No Guarantee of Travel Outcomes

We cannot guarantee:

  • Visa approvals

  • Entry into countries

  • Availability of accommodations

  • Changes in travel advisories

  • Safety conditions

We provide guidance only.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, text, images, and branding—is owned by Black Joy Global Travel and may not be copied or used without permission.
